Dyersburg Real Estate Market Entering A Recovery Period

The Dyersburg real estate market is beginning to recover. It is now January 2014 and all of my agents are really busy including myself. Honestly I cannot remember a January when we were so busy. It almost seems like late February or early March right before the normal robust spring selling season.

Normally I will do a market report for Dyersburg real estate right after the first of the month so please return here during the first week in February.

Many people ask me if they should wait until spring to list their home and normally I say yes. However, this market is different and already has lots of buyers and sellers active. There may never be a better time to sell your home or perhaps buy your Dyersburg home. Interest rates are low(but going up), inventory is good(but going down) and the local economy is in recovery mode.
