Dyersburg real estate market conditions for back to school fall 2005
Most residential properties that are priced very close to actual value are being purchased rather quickly. Some savvy buyers are even paying list price after reviewing the market analysis provided by their "professional realtor" and finding out the value is at the list price or sometimes above the list price. Because of this rush of activity (to move in by back to school time) there is a current shortgage of available single family homes in Dyersburg,Tennessee and surrounding areas in all price ranges.
Because of the current shortgage of available properties for sale, I am contacting homeowners when I have a client in a particular price range that I cannot find a home for. It is not uncommon for me or an agent in my office to contact homeowners if we feel their home would be just what our client is looking for.
Hopefully in a few weeks I can get a local mortgage broker to review some current loan products they have available for the Dyersburg market.
