Chamber of Commerce 12 at 12
Today I attended the monthly 12 at 12 luncheon at the chamber. They invited many of the real estate brokers in Dyersburg.
One of the things we discussed was the new spec building under construction. One of the other brokers in the room told me the chamber already has a company ready to commit to purchasing upon completion. I could not or did not get this confirmed but believe it to be true.
Alan Hestor, the president of the Dyersburg Chamber of Commerce told the group that several companies are looking at purchasing the building previously owned by Bekaert Steel.
Alan also announced that Dyersburg was selected number 81 by Southern Business & Development for top 250 places in the south to relocate your business or industry to.
We also discussed the river port(under construction) in Tiptonville,Tn and the impact it will have on Dyersburg,Tennessee.
All the pieces are in place for Dyersburg to continue growing and prospering!
