Dyersburg Real Estate Sales Statistics March 2013
Here are the Dyersburg area real estate sales statistics for March 2013. Just for homes sales in Dyersburg, # of homes sold increased 25% and total volume went up by 6%(over March 2012). For all of Dyer County home sales increased by 38%(units sold) and volume increased by 26%(over March 2012).
In Dyersburg the average sales price decreased from $143,562 to $121,990. This is an indicator that the lower priced homes are selling quicker than the higher priced homes. The #1 seller within my office right now are rental homes in the price range of $30,000-$50,000.
In the outlying areas that our MLS covers the actual home sales have decreased slightly.
