I completely agree with your assessment of the Dyer County market. Would you recommend HUD properties as a means of investing?

HUD properties are sometimes a good investment. I have sold many many HUD foreclosures. Knowing a great agent that takes care of your best interest and specifically in buying investment properties is invaluable.
