Reasons people moving to Dyersburg!!!
There has been lots of talk lately around here about where are all the people coming from and why are they moving to Dyersburg! I have mentioned in an earlier post on this blog and on my lakefront blog that we are getting people here for several reasons.
1. moving here with their job
2. moving here to escape the hurricanes down on the coast
3. moving here to take advantage of our low real estate prices
4. moving here because we have no state income tax
5. moving here to cash out the hugh equity profits they have made in their current home
I just ran across an article online that also discusses the current trends of people moving to Tennessee and other sunbelt states. I will post a link to it on the right side of the blog and it will be titled "Sunbelt movement trends".

We've been seeing a lot of out of town buyer-investors as well. Most of ours seem to come from the West Coast.
