Tennessee real estate markets forecast to be among the hottest in the country!
I just reviewed an article written by Fortune magazine discussing housing market forecasts across the country. The article went on to say that out of the top 20 hottest markets across the country for 2007, Memphis area ranked 16th, Nashville area ranked 12th, and Knoxville area ranked 15th. I will place a link to this article over in the right column entitled"The South:Strong Outlook".
