New subdivision near Dyersburg
I just got off the phone with the developer of the new subdivision I have been talking about.
The name of the subdivision is Saddle Ridge. The lots will range in size from .75 acres to 3 acres.
The average price per lot will be $23,900. There are 46 lots with underground electric and water. The buyers will have to install a septic system. This new development is located just off Anderson Road which is about 2 miles from the Dyersburg city limits and about 2 miles from Hwy 412. (east of Dyersburg)The projected completion date for the new subdivision is April 1st, 2007. The lots can then be purchased at that time. I will be back here on Monday and put the plat up on this post.
