Fema Money Coming Into Play In Dyersburg Real Estate Market
Yesterday many displaced (by recent flood) Dyersburg homeowners and tenants received checks from the federal government for amounts ranging from $6000 to $20,000(some could be higher) to be used for living expenses.
Some of these people are calling or coming into the office at Carousel Realty with hopes of getting homeowners to finance their houses for sale. Many of these plan to use most of their (FEMA money) as a down payment.
This could spur the sales of the lower priced homes on the market in the Dyersburg real estate area.
Some of the displaced are choosing to just rent. Carousel Realty can assist both rental clients and homebuying clients. Call Mike today at 731-285-2277 if you want to sell or buy your home or if you are in the rental market(we have houses and apartments for rent).
