Crayola Not Coming to Dyersburg
A few weeks ago, Allen Hester(Chamber President) spoke to the board of Realtors about economic activity in Dyersburg. At that time he mentioned a rumor going around about Crayola purchasing an existing building and relocating a plant here in Dyersburg.
Allen has called the Crayola Corporation to either get the rumor confirmed or denied. Crayola told him that they are not locating a plant here in Dyersburg.
I do however continue to work with several new families moving into the area to work at existing plants who are expanding their operations.
