Advice For Sellers when Listing Their Homes

I always try to make a point that if you list your home, list it for what it is worth and do not shoot the moon.

The common phrase I hear is, "I can always come down". That is true but the longer it is on the market the lower the ultimate sales price will be.

My friend J. Philip has an excellent article here where he studied the relationship of list price to sales price in his NY market but the same principals will hold true for the Dyersburg,Tennessee real estate market.
