Today is December 30,2011 And Several Closings Haven't Happened Yet
Today is Friday December 30, 2011 and we have several Dyersburg real estate closings that did not happen yet.
I personally have 3 house deals that were supposed to close this month but small glitches have these closings happening early 2012.
Almost all of my agents have experienced the same problem but we expect everyone of them to close very soon.
Sometime early next week I will write a post giving you the final sales numbers for the Dyersburg real estate MLS for 2011.
